I created this poster when I was pregnant with my second baby and used it every day while doing my yoga. I read the mantras during my pregnancy, and I succeeded in achieving my dream childbirth (giving birth to my baby naturally without medical intervention). It was an extraordinary, breathtaking, marvelous, and amazing experience in my life that will be engraved in my heart forever. I wish every pregnant woman who desires to give birth naturally will have their wish come true.
